Join Luda, Ayurvedic Nutritionist, for her get down to basic Ayurvedic cooking class. In this class she will cover how to correctly make Kitchari, Panir with tomato sauce and delicious Ayurvedic tea. Each recipe will be adapted for all doshas. This is an interactive workshop so you will get to learn how to make each item and then we will sit down and enjoy it all together.

It's been a long time

Well, it's been too long. We have been so preoccupied with our website we forgot about our blog!! We have new updates and classes ! So much has changed since January. To start ..we moved!! Two doors down into a bigger space. It's so beautiful. We are a full service health and wellness center focusing on healing. If it's yoga you are looking for well we have a full schedule everyday of the week. We also offer different types of healing such as thai yoga massage and reiki just to name a few.

We also offer specialized classes and workshops. This month we are hosting a screening of Yogawoman on Sunday 10/9 at 6pm!! It is open to everyone! Check out our Inner Calm Website to register! We are also offering a class to create your own mala necklace. How special is that?!?!?!

This workshop's will be held on Sunday November 29, 2009 at Kula Kamala Yoga located at 24A Union Avenue in Lakehurst, NJ 08733. It will start at 2pm and end at 4pm. The cost is $40 per couple. Hope to see you there!
